Social Media Ad Specialist
Job Description:
Web Traffic Partners (WTP Media), a fast growing Digital marketing company, is currently hiring a full time Social Media Ad Specialist. This is a work from office position and you MUST commute daily to our Grand Rapids, MI location.
Position responsibilities:
Social Media
- You will create custom content ranging from graphics, short videos, and more organically and based off our library of content.
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various team members from branding, video, and content.
- Collect customer data and analyze interactions; visit and use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future social media strategies and marketing campaigns.
Paid Ads
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies to meet business goals and objectives.
- Set up and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement ad creatives, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production, in collaboration with the creative team.
- Ensure proper tracking and tagging of campaigns using tools like Google Tag Manager and tracking pixels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Adjust targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve effectiveness.
- Generate regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new advertising platforms and tools.
Education and Technical skills
- 2 Years experience in Marketing, Advertising, Ad Placement, Communication, or related bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, including the placement of paid ads
- Experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics .
- Proficient in Adobe Premier and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to utilize AI to compliment social media and ad placements
Job Requirements:
- Must be professional, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a multi-task environment.
- Must be able to meet with and communicate with clients from different industries.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Social Media management and digital ad placement on multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactively bring ideas that will contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
