Social Media Manager
WTP Media is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and driven Social Media Manager who can hit the ground running with both organic social media management and paid social advertising campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, understands how to manage multiple client accounts, and has hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
A major part of this position includes:
- Managing and publishing regular social media content for clients
- Creating and launching paid social media advertising campaigns
- Monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns for results
- Collaborating closely with our creative, video, and marketing teams

What You’ll Be Doing
- Create, schedule, and publish ongoing social media content for multiple client accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Work directly with our internal creative team to develop social media strategies aligned with overall marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with video, content, branding, and advertising teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns
- Create engaging content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, captions, and more using both original and client-provided assets
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide reporting insights to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Grow audience engagement, followers, page activity, and online communities for clients
- Create and manage Facebook Groups and LinkedIn Groups where appropriate
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding campaign performance, content approvals, and strategy recommendations
- Assist in presenting social media strategies and results via Zoom or in-person meetings
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, communications, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related experience preferred
- Strong hands-on experience running paid social media ad campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Other emerging social platforms
- Experience managing and publishing ongoing organic social media content for multiple brands or clients
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, ad creative, and analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and shifting priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment
- Comfortable presenting ideas and campaign results to clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive
Helpful Additional Skills (Not Required)
- Photography experience
- Graphic design experience
- Adobe Premiere Pro or video editing experience
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Google Ads experience
- SEO or digital marketing agency experience

Location
This is primarily an in-office position located in Ada, Michigan. Flexible hours and hybrid scheduling options are available.
